Zeus' Fury

Zeus’ Fury is an electrostatic generator (the kind that, on Earth, is called a Van de Graff generator, but on Quantum Prime is named after the Toba scientist who independently invented it there centuries ago.) When activated, huge amounts of static electricity are built up on the projector, which then leaps in a flashing, crackling lightning bolt to the targeted Rocket Dog. All Rocket Dogs are protected from damaged by various safeguards, but the electrostatic discharge will cause all embedded computers in the rockets and other equipment of the targeted Rocket Dog to reboot, effectively stunning the adversary into ineffectiveness for several seconds.
