Crash Helmet

The Crash Helmet is based on helmets that Toba wear when they play Lentisi - a game played by two large teams of Toba, as they compete to push a ball almost as tall as they are themselves, back and forth across a field.

The Rocket Dog version of the Crash Helmet has a few changes from the Toba version - two large holes for dog ears to stick out, to start with! - but has the same effect: hard impacts are made a little less jarring. For an average Rocket Dog, this means an added margin of safety, but for a competitive Rocket Dog, this means that one can race even faster, with less concern for safety, and let the helmet do the worrying for you!
