Dalmatian

The Toba scanned through the Leihnard’s records of hundreds of thousands of hours of intercepted human TV and movies, and learned a few interesting facts about Dalmatians: first, that very mean humans sometimes want to make coats out of them (an idea that horrified the Toba once they learned how friendly dogs are), second, that they were bred to run alongside the horse drawn carriages of human royalty, and third, that descending from this run-alongside-the-carriage behavior, that Dalmatians were adopted by many fire fighters as mascots (because early 19th century firefighting crews used horse drawn equipment.)

The Dalmatians in the Rocket Dogs Training Program show this heritage. During one training trip to Caldera Chaos the Dalmatians all seemed relatively comfortable around the streams of lava and smoke.
